If you have ever had problem neighbours you will know how difficult it is to get any action taken by the Authorities and how stressful it can be. There are terrible stories in the news on a daily basis and it is time that something is done about it. This comes from “Neighbours From Hell in Britain”, the organisation that is campaigning for change (take a look at their website, too, if you want to know more).
