Hovertravel launches first ever island I-Spy book for the Isle of Wight
Hovertravel has launched a new version of a classic children’s activity book: I-Spy . The I -Spy series was re- launched by Michelin in 2009 and the team at Hovertravel has created an edition dedicated to the Isle of Wight.
Bringing together two truly iconic activities: I-Spy and hovercraft travel, a daycation to the Isle of Wight can now be a hands-on, real experience which engages children with the environment and involves the family in a simple fun game. The classic picture riddle format easily involves children in learning about Hovertravel and the multiple attractions of the Isle of Wight. Priced at £2.50, this pocket-sized book is the only I-Spy dedicated to an island and is the first in the series history to feature hovercraft.
With over 40 pages and 200 pictures, which children have to ‘I-Spy’. The books are an educational way for children to understand what they see by completing the visual riddles and collecting points.
With 50 titles and 1,000,000 books printed, why not make this the first in the series. When 1,000 points are collected, you can join the I-Spy club to receive a certificate of achievement.
I-Spy’s appeal is its timeless charm, which taps into the inquisitive and curious nature of children, and gives a trip to Isle of Wight a whole new dimension. Children can look back on their day, and re-live the things they saw. By working together with Hovertravel, this new book will introduce the Island to a new generation of I-Spy fans.
